For travel to favorite/classic destinations booked within 45 days of departure generally, or within 90 days of travel for Dec. 20-Jan 10, we typically assess an additional fee of 50% above our design fee. Securing reservations given availability and minimum stay constraints is very challenging, may require extensive research into alternatives if preferred partners are booked, and compels us to de-prioritize other work.
Expedited travel
For assistance with tickets to concerts and sporting events, special events, and additional concierge services, our fee is to be determined based on the specific nature of the request.
Concierge services
$350 per destination. Following a complimentary discovery call, we will propose 3-4 recommendations based on our expertise and your preferences, and book the hotel on your behalf.
Destination Consultation & Hotel Recommendations
Ideal for travelers who wish to plan around life’s many celebratory events, prefer a structured plan to achieve bucket list goals, and desire to make travel an integral part of enjoying life. Fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis, and could include a retainer fee.
Multi-year travel mapping
Alessia Bell Travel partners with Brownell (our affiliated agency) Travel’s Air Desk team to assist and support commercial air reservations. Air quotes are complimentary, and if reservations are confirmed, a $125 fee per person will be assessed.
We also secure private jet accommodations, which are complimentary for our clients.
Flight assistance & support
Complimentary. Let us know your preferred property and dates, and we will book on your behalf with added amenities (often including complimentary breakfast, food/beverage/spa credit, and room upgrades if available), and VIP treatment.
Hotel and Destination Consultation Only
Additional services
Includes custom designed itinerary, hand-selected accommodations (hotels or private homes/villas), transfers, tours and experiences with vetted local partners, cruises, and a quote for travel protection (if desired).
